Terms of Service

Effective October 12, 2026 · Version 2.0

Sayfi is software that turns what you ask into Solana transactions you can check and sign in your own wallet. We never hold your money or your keys, nothing moves without your signature, and you are responsible for what you approve.

1. Who we are and these terms

Sayfi (usesayfi.xyz and its apps) is provided by the operator of Sayfi ("Sayfi", "we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us. By using Sayfi you accept them; if you don't, please don't use it.

The Privacy Policy and the Risk Notice are part of these terms. Read the Risk Notice before you move any money.

2. Who can use Sayfi

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
  • You must not be located in, or a resident or national of, a country or region under comprehensive sanctions, and you must not be on any sanctions list.
  • You must not use Sayfi where doing so is illegal for you. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including tax rules.

We may refuse, limit or end access to anyone, including to comply with law.

3. What Sayfi is, and isn't

Sayfi is an interface. It reads public blockchain data, prepares transactions using third-party services such as Jupiter, checks them by simulating them on the network, and shows you the result before you decide.

  • Sayfi is non-custodial. We never hold your funds, private keys or recovery phrase, and we can't move, freeze or recover your assets.
  • Sayfi is not a bank, broker, exchange, money transmitter, custodian or financial adviser. Nothing in Sayfi is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
  • Every transaction is signed by you, in your own wallet. Once a transaction is on the blockchain it can't be reversed by us or anyone else.

4. The AI assistant

Sayfi's chat uses an AI model to understand requests and explain things. AI can misunderstand or be wrong. It never signs and can't move money: what you approve is the transaction card, with its amounts, which Sayfi computes and checks separately from the AI.

Always read the card before approving. Don't rely on the chat's wording alone.

5. Checks Sayfi runs, and their limits

Before you sign, Sayfi simulates each transaction against the network and refuses ones whose results don't match what it shows you. It also refuses tokens whose creators keep powers that could stop you selling, and warns you about other risks it finds.

These checks lower risk; they don't remove it. Prices can move between quote and execution, a simulation reflects the network at one moment, and no check can find every bad token. A token Sayfi allows is not a recommendation.

6. Fees

  • Swaps carry a Sayfi fee of 0.75% of the trade when the trade includes USDC, USDT or SOL. It is shown on the card before you approve and is paid on chain as part of the swap.
  • Every transaction also pays Solana network fees, and may include a priority fee and a small tip to help it land; these go to the network, not to us, and are shown before you approve.
  • Staking SOL into JitoSOL, and unstaking it back to SOL, carry a Sayfi fee of 0.1% of the amount, shown on the card before you approve.
  • Other actions (checking tokens, chatting, viewing your portfolio, sending, pay links, cleaning up empty accounts) currently carry no Sayfi fee.

We may change our fees. A changed fee applies only to transactions approved after the change, and the card always shows the fee before you sign.

7. Practice mode

Practice mode runs on a private copy of Solana. Balances there are copies of your wallet as it was when the copy was made, and nothing done in Practice mode affects your real wallet or has any value. Practice balances may be reset at any time. The app shows a banner whenever Practice mode is on.

8. Your responsibilities

  • Keep your wallet, devices and recovery phrase secure. Anyone with them can move your money.
  • Check every card before approving: the tokens, amounts, recipient and fees.
  • Don't use Sayfi to break the law, to launder money or evade sanctions, to manipulate markets, to attack or overload Sayfi, to scrape it at scale, or to get around its limits or checks.
  • Don't misrepresent who you are or use someone else's wallet without permission.

9. Third-party services

Sayfi relies on others: your wallet app, the Solana network, liquidity venues and routers such as Jupiter, and infrastructure providers. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their availability, prices, fees or failures. Their own terms may apply to you.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep Sayfi available and correct, but it is provided as it is, may change, and may be unavailable at times, including during network outages or maintenance. We may add, change or remove features, and pause actions (for example swaps) to protect users.

11. Our content

Sayfi's software, design, name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may use Sayfi for your own purposes under these terms; you may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sayfi is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or that any information it shows (prices, balances, risk flags) is complete or accurate.

13. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost data or the value of digital assets, arising from your use of Sayfi or transactions you sign.

Our total liability for any claim relating to Sayfi is limited to the greater of the Sayfi fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud.

14. Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law while using Sayfi and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim.

15. Ending use

You can stop using Sayfi at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or to comply with law. Because Sayfi never holds your assets, ending access never affects what's in your wallet.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction named by the operator. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll show the new date at the top, and for significant changes give notice in the app before they take effect. Using Sayfi after a change means you accept it.
